Mapplets

Mapplets are Google gadgets that can be added to the the main Google Maps page to provide customized map functionality.

We have developed two Map Channels mapplets for Events and Hotel searching.

To use the mapplets you need to be logged into Google Maps at http://maps.google.com. Follow this procedure to add the mapplet.

1. Click on the 'My Maps' tab.
2. Click on the 'Browse the directory' link on the left of the page.
3. Click 'Add By Url' at the top right of the page.
4. Enter the URL of the mapplet (below) then click 'Add'.

The URL of the Map Channels mapplets are:

Hotels:	http://hotels.mapchannels.com/mapplet/mch_mapplet.js
Events:	http://events.mapchannels.com/mapplet/mce_mapplet.js
