Directories
Directories are large map collections created around a theme.
Directories usually have advanced search features according to the theme of the directory.
We currently have two directories, the Hotel Direcotry and the Events directory.
Custom Directory Creation
If you require a map with more features than a standard Map Channel we can develop a custom directory for you.
A number of search and content features are available, we can also develop a mapplet to make your content accessible through Google Maps.

Hotel Search
The Hotel Search map below shows the Hotel Search facility that can be included within embedded Map Channels.
Using Hotel Search you can quickly find available hotel rooms for any given area, view details and compare prices.
We also have a Hotel Finder mapplet, see the Mapplets Page to see how you can use this service.
Event Search
The Events Map below shows the Event Search facility that can be included within embedded Map Channels.
Using Event Search you can find upcoming events within the local area, or search for a named performer anywhere.
Filters can limit results to certain event categories.
Three data sources are combined by Event Search to maximize results. These sources are :
1. Map Channels Events - our mini-site combining ticket listings from many ticket brokers
2. Yahoo Upcoming - user submitted events database
3. Zvents - user submitted events database
If you know of an event that you would like included within Event Search we recommend that you submit the event details to Yahoo Upcoming or Zvents (or both).
